Uploaded photos are private and are used to generate custom magnet previews and production files. Production PNGs are not shown directly to customers.

Unpurchased generated assets expire after 24 hours. Purchased source photos are retained for 7 days, and purchased production files are retained for 90 days to support fulfillment, support, and refund review.

Analytics events are captured with session or order identifiers rather than direct personal contact details wherever possible.
