By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it for a custom keepsake product.

Memory Magnet may reject uploads that contain prohibited content, public figures, identification documents, violence, sexual content, or other content that cannot be safely produced.

The generated preview selected at checkout becomes the locked production reference. Custom items enter production immediately after payment and cannot be changed.
